Grapes from one single harvest are vilified according to the traditional Port Wine method. After partial destemming, the grapes are crushed in stone mills. Fermentation takes place under controlled temperature and is interrupted by the addition of brandy.

Violet color. In the nose an intense aroma of black cherry and chocolate. Powerful in the mouth with notes of spices, black plum and balanced tannins. Long, elegant finish and excellent acidity.
